Johnny Fever & The Frantics Bio:
Johnny Fever & The Frantics are a punk rock trio out of columbia, SC looking for a way to escape the torment of crappy screamo, whiney bitch bands all around, controlling the scene. They started rocking back in the winter of 2003, originally conceived as Bad Habits, they soon changed their name and attitudes. As Johnny Fever & The Frantics was born and Bad Habits died, the band, as froid would say adopted there "dark sides" thus bringing Johnny Bone Frantic (guitar) Johnny Fever (guitar/vocals) Tommy Frantic (bass/vocs) and Carl Frantic(drums) into the punk rock scene. Johnny Bone would soon leave, and the band would continue on with their mission as a trio. They soon established a reputation as a wreckless group of punk rock misfits, after their first show, at club annex, was trashed which eventually lead to a refusal of their pay. In June of 2004 Johnny Fever & The Frantics released their first EP intitle "We're not going down without a FIGHT!" bringing their attitude and personally together to form a straight out of the old school punk rock colaberation of music. With such song as "We're not going down without a FIGHT!" discussing there feelings towards life and music and how every day is a fight that you cannot put your fist down for, and "Ballad of '87" with it's sing along chorus "Where I'm head only time can tell, Destionation unknown hope I do swell." We can see that Johnny Fever & The Frantics are bringing punk rock with a message and attitude back to the table. Loyal fans such as Joshy say "It's not a Frantic show unless something breaks" and Dead Beat J. "That's some raw shit." You can see Johnny Fever & The Frantics rocking at local places such as new brookland tavern, and any where else they can find to play. Just remember kiddies "We're not going down without a FIGHT!"
