I left my heart at the bottom of a bottle,
A long long time ago,
I spend my days,
Routing around,
In every landfill in this town,
Looking for somthing to stick in my chest,
And keep me alive,
Cos there's nothing left,
Since I left you that night,
The tears have run dry,
But I'm not alive,
Like I was one time,
I feel you beating,
Beating me,
Into a pulp,
Into a plastic,
Mould of what I was,
Before I scattered you round,
Every part of town,
I feel you breathing,
Somewhere out there,
In the cold,
One day I will find you,
One day I will replace you,
I left my tears at the train station,
The day I left this town,
I spend my days,
Moving around,
To keep my feet upon the ground,
Looking for somthing to replace you,
And keep my blood running,
Like these tired legs do,
Since I left you that night,
I never looked back,
But I'm not alive,
Like I was one time,
I feel you beating,
Beating me,
Into a pulp,
Into a plastic,
Mould of what I was,
Before I scattered you round,
Every part of town,
I feel you breathing,
Somewhere out there,
In the cold,
One day I will find you,
One day I will replace you,
I never looked back,
I'll never go back there,
I never looked back,
That's what I tell myself,
I feel you beating,
Beating me,
Into a pulp,
Into a plastic,
Mould of what I was,
Before I scattered you round,
Every part of town,
I feel you breathing,
Somewhere out there,
In the cold,
One day I will find you,
One day I will replace you, |
